All Sales Are Final
All sales made through our store are final. We do not accept returns, process exchanges, or issue refunds for any purchased items, except under the specific circumstances outlined below.

Damaged or Defective Items
We take care to ensure your items arrive safely; however, if an item is damaged during shipment, we will gladly provide a replacement. To request a replacement for a damaged item, please contact our support team at weskeem@weskeem.com within 7 days of receiving the item. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging in your email.

Order Cancellations by Buyer
The buyer may cancel their order and receive a full refund IF the cancellation is received PRIOR to the order being shipped.

Order Cancellations by Seller
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order at our sole discretion. Orders are subject to cancellation and a full refund if we encounter issues fulfilling the order, including but not limited to:

Insufficient inventory or out-of-stock items.

Inability to ship to your designated region or address.
If your order is canceled for any of these reasons, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
